Modernise the experience. Keep the infrastructure that works.

Upgrading access shouldn't mean replacing everything on the walls.

POWERLOOK works with established access-control technologies including HID, Dahua and Hikvision, while connecting with the business systems your organisation already depends on. Keep compatible readers and devices in place, and bring them into one modern operating environment.

From one door to the whole building.

A person arrives. A door opens. A visitor checks in. A controller goes offline. A shift starts late.

POWERLOOK brings each of these moments into the same operating picture, so your teams can understand what is happening across the building without moving between disconnected systems. Every module lives in one web console, in Arabic and English.

A clear view of security, visitors, people and the services you use, with today's activity and recent trends brought together in one place.

The building tells you what happened before you have to ask.

POWERLOOK is designed around the moments that matter to the people operating a facility.

Security starts with exceptions.

Denied credentials, held-open doors and offline devices are surfaced first, so operators can focus on what requires action rather than searching through routine events.

Reception knows who is coming.

Expected visitors, people already on site and approvals still pending appear together in one operational view.

Arabic and English are equally native.

Operators can work in the language that suits them, across the console, mobile application, visitor communication and reporting.

Access rules are readable.

Who can open which door, during which hours, should not require decoding a complicated configuration screen.

Start with access. Add more when the operation needs it.

POWERLOOK can begin with the essentials and grow with the building, without creating another disconnected system.

The Standard Edition includes 10 readers, 500 visitor passes and one year of historical records. Mobile door access is included as part of the platform.

An app for everyone in the building.

Employees and hosts get the few things they need every day, without seeing the console behind them.

Open a door they're allowed through. Invite a visitor. Approve a permit. Check recent entries.

Available in Arabic and English on iPhone and Android.

A visitor journey that begins before they arrive.

Managed in the cloud. Decided at the door.

Your team sees every site from the cloud. Each controller keeps its doors working on its own.

The controllers and readers make access decisions locally, so authorised entry does not depend on a permanent internet connection. Events are stored at the edge and synchronised once connectivity returns.

Your building is local. Your data can be too.

POWERLOOK is designed around the security, control and data-residency requirements of Saudi organisations.

Questions buyers ask us.

Where is our data hosted?

POWERLOOK can be hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. Organisations that prefer to operate the platform on their own infrastructure can also choose an on-premise deployment.

What happens if the internet connection is lost?

The doors continue to operate. The controllers and readers make access decisions locally and can store up to 300,000 access records before synchronising them when connectivity returns.

Can we keep our existing readers?

In many cases, yes. POWERLOOK supports compatible HID readers (Wiegand 26 to 37) as well as supported Dahua and Hikvision devices. Compatibility with your specific models can be confirmed during the solution design or demonstration.

Is mobile access an additional module?

No. Mobile door access is included as part of POWERLOOK.

Do visitors need to download an application?

No. Visitor permits can be delivered through WhatsApp, SMS or email together with the QR code required for entry.

Is the platform available in Arabic?

Yes. The web console, mobile application, visitor communications and reports support both Arabic and English.

What happens if an employee forgets their phone?

Depending on the reader installed at the door, they can continue to use other authorised credentials such as a physical card, PIN or facial recognition.
