Who we are

This website is run by Suhool International (POWERLOOK), unified commercial registration number 7001821631, Office 8, 6890 Abdullah Alhamdan St., Olaya, Riyadh 12241-3604, Saudi Arabia. We decide how the personal data collected through this website is used, and we are responsible for it under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

What we collect, and how

What you type into the request form: your name, company, work email, mobile number, the topics you pick, your message, and whether you agree to marketing follow-up. Name, company, email and mobile are required to answer you; the rest is optional.
Technical data our web host records when any page is visited: your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. For the brochure form we also keep a one-way scrambled form of your IP address for 24 hours, only to stop abuse.
Your choice of light or dark appearance, saved in your own browser. It never reaches us. After you ask for the brochure, a session cookie lets your browser download it for one hour; it holds no personal data and is deleted when you close the browser.

We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not collect sensitive data, and we do not ask for any.

Why we use it

To arrange the demonstration or give you the brochure you asked for, and to follow up on that request. The basis is your request.
To send you product news and follow-ups by email, phone or WhatsApp, only if you ticked the marketing box. The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To keep the website secure and stop spam. The basis is our legitimate interest in running a safe service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything else.

Who receives it, and where it is kept

Our sales team, who answer your request.
The POWERLOOK platform, our own system hosted on Google Cloud in Saudi Arabia, where requests are recorded.
Hostinger, which hosts this website. Its servers are outside Saudi Arabia (in Europe), so your request passes through them.
Google Workspace, our email provider, if you write to us or we reply to you. Google may process email outside Saudi Arabia.

Where data leaves the Kingdom, we rely on these providers' contractual commitments and apply the safeguards required by the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer Outside the Kingdom. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Requests: 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case your contract's terms apply.
Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. We record when you gave it and when you withdrew it.
Server logs: for the short period our host keeps them for security. The scrambled IP for the brochure form: 24 hours.

When the period ends we delete the data permanently, or remove anything that identifies you.

How we protect it

The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to requests is limited to the staff who need it. If a breach could harm you, we notify the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) within 72 hours, and we notify you without undue delay.

Your rights

To know how your data is collected and used (this policy).
To get access to your data and a copy of it.
To have it corrected or completed.
To have it destroyed when we no longer need it.
To withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.

To use any of these rights, email sales@ssi.com.sa. We reply within 30 days. To stop marketing messages, reply "unsubscribe" to any email or tell us on any call; we stop within 24 hours.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) at sdaia.gov.sa.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change, and show the date at the top. This policy is published in Arabic and English; if they differ, the Arabic text prevails.
